From 5th to 5th-7th August, Deborah Rock Evangelistic Ministries (DEROCK), in partnership with the Village Savings and Loan Association (VSLA), launched a Training of Trainers (TOT) program in Bong County.
The training brought together key women leaders, each overseeing more than 200 women across multiple districts and towns. The focus was to give these leaders both soap-making skills and the capacity to train others, ensuring the knowledge spreads far beyond the training room.
The TOT program included:
- Advanced soap-making techniques
- Small business and pricing strategies
- Leadership and mentoring skills
- Faith-based motivation for sustainable impact
By equipping leaders who influence hundreds of women, the impact of this training will be multiplied across Bong County—leading to new businesses, income generation, and community transformation.
